I’m Dr. Chereka S. Kluttz—physician, strategist, and purpose-driven coach—working at the intersection of medicine, law, leadership, and personal growth. With dual degrees in medicine (DO) and law (JD, Health Law concentration), a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences, and more than a decade of cross-sector experience, I bring an integrative, high-level perspective to the people and organizations I serve.

My background spans clinical care, legal-informed consulting, executive leadership, medical writing, and organizational strategy across both public and private sectors. I’ve advised C-suite leaders on regulatory compliance, physician engagement, systemic burnout, and high-stakes decision-making—while also supporting individual professionals navigating identity shifts, transitions, and seasons that require both resilience and recalibration.
