I’m Dr. Chereka S. Kluttz—physician, strategist, and purpose-driven coach—working at the intersection of medicine, law, leadership, and personal growth. With dual degrees in medicine (DO) and law (JD with a concentration in Health Law), a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences, and more than a decade of cross-sector experience, I bring a uniquely integrative lens to the people and organizations I serve.

My background spans clinical care, legal-informed consulting, executive leadership, medical writing, organizational development, and strategic initiatives across both public and private sectors. I’ve advised C-suite leaders on regulatory compliance, physician engagement, systemic burnout, and high-stakes decision-making—while also supporting individual professionals who are navigating identity shifts, transitions, or seasons of deep strain.
