Our History
Elevate Leadership was founded by Dr. Chereka S. Kluttz, DO, JD—a dual-trained physician and health law expert whose career has spanned medicine, executive leadership, mental health, and organizational strategy.
After years of witnessing leaders internally collapse while externally performing, Dr. Kluttz created Elevate with one conviction:
