Dr. Chereka S. Kluttz, DO, JD, MS
Dr. Chereka S. Kluttz, DO, JD brings a rare and powerful blend of clinical expertise, mental health training, executive leadership experience, and strategic insight to every coaching relationship. As a dual-trained physician and attorney with a background in complex-care mental health, system-level leadership, and organizational consulting, she guides leaders with a depth of understanding that spans both human behavior and high-stakes decision-making.
Dr. Kluttz has supported physicians, executives, attorneys, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals navigating demanding roles and intense internal expectations. She understands how pressure, purpose, identity, faith, and ambition intersect—and how easily strong leaders can lose themselves while carrying everyone else’s weight.
Her work draws from years of clinical practice, executive advising, curriculum design, mental health triage, and leadership development across multiple sectors.
